    Scott, what are your thought on doing the plate press with a tricep/hammer curl bar? I’ve been doing this for the past few months. It allowed me to load heavier weight while still safely being able to “squeeze” together given the hand position on the tricep bar.

    Nice video scott but i must say that plate press is the dumbest exercise I've ever seen also its very risky to do it at end coz by that time you would have sweated a lot and the plate can easily slip from the palms, causing a broken jaw or a fractured rib.

    I wonder what is your thought on intermittent fasting? I've been trying it for 3 weeks now and it feels great, they also clame it' good for losing weight and due to the increased anabolic aadvantage from not eating for more than 12 hours u don't lose as much muscles as u regularly would lose (i do atleast 16 but even had days from 20-21 hours not haven eaten anything.

    I like to do a 20-30 secs fascia stretch after every exercise so after my 3 sets of let’s say bench I’m pumped up I’ll go back to the bench with lighter weight dumbbells and sit at the bottom of the bench press movement and really stretch it out then move on to my next exercise do those 3 sets and do the stretching again etc

    Nice exercises bro!! I will try to add some of these to my plan as well... but if I could tell, from my personal experience designing a solid meal plan is the most important thing if you want the best gains possible. And that can be hard and time consuming sometimes. So I decided to try find something onnline and found some website called Dietarize. It's cheap and did a great job for me, helping me gain 6 pounds (most of which is muscle) in one month. The best thing is you don't have to worry about calories, macros and other stuff, you prepare meals the way you like them from selected food. 💪💪 And you get the workout plan as a bonus.

    For the effect of the first one, you can imagine trying to bring your hands together when going up during a classic push-up(it might help if you place your hands a little further apart than the typical shoulder-length stance). For the second one, get a couple of books and place your hands on top of them for what is known as a deficit push-up, but with a wider stance since you're trying to mimic the fly, lower yourself into the stretch so that your chest is lower than your palms and hold that position. For progression, you can elevate your feet or experiment with archer push-ups for either of the 2 above, wear a backpack full of water bottles or even balance some non-slippery book/item on your *upper* back.
