    If by "all workout" you mean daily then hell no. Give your triceps atleast 48 hours of rest or maybe more until you're not feeling sore. You can do triceps after your chest but I think everyone should have a seperate arms day or maybe a day where you'd train you triceps first and hard.

    1:56 ?? i dont follow. on the right one you doing pulldowns a bit faster. But other than that there is nothing actually wrong. U still be doing the lather head and by twisting ur wrist down you focus a little bit more on forarms as well or brachialis. All that in a slow controlled maners. So no. Ofc it doesnt do anything for triceps, but it does for brachialis. Informartion is not false but it also doesnt answer it in fully

    That's a great way to ensure full range of motion. However, don't lose sight on what's important for the triceps to grow: focus on progressing the big compound movements with great overloading potential (close grip bench press + dips). Once you are done with these bigger movements, blast your triceps with smaller exercises such as rope triceps pushdowns, skullcrushers, overhead tricep extensions, etc. Keep it up, Chris πŸ’ͺ

    The only two tricep exercises you only need to grow your triceps is Close-Grip Bench Press and Tricep Dips. Isolation exercises if you have extra time. :)

    Generally speaking yes he is 100 natty and most of his advice is spot on. Some of his very early videos not quite so good but that is like 10 years ago and he admits he made a few mistakes. He can be a bit full of himself tho and seems to be a huge fan of traditional bro splits , but he also has tried other splits like full body and push pull and still recommends them my fav is sean nalewanj tho I suggest him for best advice. But yes scott is def worth subscribing too even tho I dont quite agree with all his advice.

    Resistance bands will definetely allow you to reproduce the movements Scott is showing here. HOWEVER, keep it mind that this implement alters the strength curve of an exercise. You might get a good deal of tension as the band stretches, but lose the resistance as the bands gets loose. For example: the resistance remains consistent in a rope triceps push-down with a machine, whereas the resistance is greater at elbow extension than at elbow flexion with a resistance band.
